Sitting Meditation Group (Buddhist)

There is an Insight Meditation (vipassana) group - on the island, which meets weekly in members' homes. Insight Meditation is part of the Buddhist Theravadan tradition. The Samish Island sangha and the Bellingham sangha co-sponsor two meditation retreats at Camp Samish in October and early spring.
